At Diamonds in Our Midst Foundation, Inc. (DIOM), we believe that every young woman possesses extraordinary potential waiting to be discovered, nurtured, and celebrated. Beyond the Ordinary represents our commitment to providing experiences that go beyond traditional education and mentorship, empowering our Diamonds to explore new possibilities, challenge limitations, and envision futures greater than they ever imagined.
Through transformative experiences, hands-on learning, cultural enrichment, college tours, career exploration, leadership opportunities, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, etiquette training, and practical life-skills workshops, we expose our Diamonds to opportunities that broaden their perspectives and prepare them for success in every aspect of life.
Our goal is not simply to help young women achieve academic excellence, but to inspire them to become confident decision-makers, innovative thinkers, compassionate leaders, and empowered individuals who understand their worth and embrace their unique gifts.

Community Service
At Diamonds in Our Midst Foundation, Inc. (DIOM), community service is about inspiring young women to lead with compassion, purpose, and a heart for giving. Through volunteer projects, community gardening, environmental initiatives, and outreach programs, our Diamonds learn the importance of teamwork, social responsibility, and making a meaningful difference. We empower our Diamonds to become the change they wish to see in the world.
What We Do
At Diamonds in Our Midst Foundation, Inc. (DIOM), we empower young women in grades 9–12 through mentorship, education, leadership development, and life-changing experiences. Our programs include college preparation and tours, career exploration, financial literacy, cooking classes, etiquette training, entrepreneurship, wellness workshops, cultural enrichment, and community service. We provide opportunities that build confidence, develop essential life skills, inspire academic excellence, and prepare our Diamonds to become successful, compassionate, and influential leaders. We go beyond the ordinary to create extraordinary opportunities, because every Diamond deserves to shine!
